About Good Form

Where sports and poetry meet to talk it out. Or like the UFC, where they will fight for 20 seconds then awkwardly hug each other for rest of fight. Or it’s like drag racing and jousting combined, with monster trucks and foam poles of course.

So every time you were told good form and thought it meant you were becoming a better athlete/person, you’re either really happy you were told this (and are now or was a professional athlete) or wished you shot those game-winning free throws underhand just to enrage your 7th grade coach who lived to ruin pre-teen confidence.
